Salary: $21.50-$25.50/Hr


Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM, Rotational Saturday's 8:30AM-1:30PM

As the face of a banking institution, you will provide exceptional customer service to clients, process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.


Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the branch, providing a welcoming and professional presence for all customers.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently (2 years of cash handling required).
• Educate customers on banking products, digital tools, and financial services to help them meet their goals.
• Identify referral opportunities and meet sales objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle confidential financial matters with the utmost integrity and discretion.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, and cash handling is required.
• Education: Associate's degree in business (or equivalent experience) OR a High School Diploma with 2+ years of sales/service experience.
• Digital Fluency: You are "digitally savvy" and comfortable explaining mobile/online banking technology.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a "growth mindset."
• Preferred: Prior experience in retail banking, branch operations, or the financial services industry.
