Contract Duration: 3 Months Potential Extension or Full-Time Conversion

Pay Rate: $19.52/hour (W2)

Work Schedule: 100% Onsite

Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative to support customer service, order processing, data entry, field service coordination, and general administrative activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience working with data entry and customer service processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate person or department.
• Develop and prepare quotes for aftermarket customer requests.
• Enter customer orders into SAP upon receipt of purchase orders (POs).
• Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure urgent orders are processed promptly.
• Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from the ServiceMax queue to the appropriate Field Service Engineer.
• Process goods receipts when parts, instruments, or other materials are received.
• Provide support to other team members and assist with additional duties during periods of increased workload.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain records as required.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support smooth order and service operations.

Required Qualifications

Option 1:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service.

OR

Option 2:

• Associate degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry and customer service preferred.
