Description of Work As a Health Care Technician I, you will have the rewarding opportunity to enhance the quality of life and maintain the dignity of our residents. Part of caring for our residents is taking them for walks or rides on our beautiful campus, teaching them recreational skills, and supporting them with completing their Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s). Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities / Management Preferences Salary Range: $35,360.00 - $44,62.00 A Sign-on bonus of $2,000 may be offered to the successful applicant(s) of this posting, contingent on the 2025-2026 Budget Approval. Shift Premiums for 8-Hour Shifts First Shift: (6:45 A – 3:15 P) 5% Weekend Second Shift: (2:45 P – 11:15 P) 20% Weekday & 25% Weekend Third Shift: (10:45 P – 7:15 A) 20% Weekday & 25% Weekend Work schedules include weekend and holiday rotations. An employee is not eligible for a sign-on bonus if: About Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center Black Mountain Neuro-Medical Treatment Center is one of three state operated facilities serving adults with chronic and complex medical conditions that co-exist with neurodevelopmental or neurocognitive disorders often related to a diagnosis of severe and persistent mental illness or intellectual disability. The health and physical status of these residents require 24-hour supervision, daily nursing care, and assistance with activities of daily living.
