Customer Success Manager

Crestfield Talent is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to support client relationships, account engagement, and long-term customer satisfaction.
This hybrid role is a good fit for someone who communicates well, enjoys building professional relationships, and is comfortable managing multiple client accounts while coordinating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Manage ongoing communication with assigned customer accounts
Help clients get the most value from products or services
Conduct regular check-ins and account follow-ups
Maintain accurate account notes and activity in CRM systems
Coordinate customer needs with internal departments
Identify opportunities to improve engagement and retention
Support onboarding and account transition activities
Track open requests and ensure timely follow-up
Qualifications
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good organization and attention to detail
Comfortable using CRM and office software
Able to manage multiple customer accounts
Professional and dependable
Previous customer success, account management, sales, or client-facing experience is preferred
