Retail Sales Associate

We strive to provide the education and knowledge to our team so they can make great recommendations for our guests and their pets. - Can connect with and engage guests in thoughtful conversations and make recommendations that meet their needs and the needs of their pet
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Learn and maintain inventory, including receiving, stocking, rotating and facing of product, cycle counts
- Participate in merchandising, work on creative display of products
- Attend store and company meetings (some meetings may be before or after hours)
- Are comfortable with computers, learning new systems, performing transactions for guests at the point of sale accurately and completely
- Have accurate cash handling skills, competent with basic math
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds, can bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb a ladder
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Highly accountable and has integrity
- Has the flexibility to work within our normal store operating hours, including weekends
