What We’re Looking For

●       License: RN license (WI or compact eligible).

●       Experience: Whether you are an experienced RN or a  New Graduate with a passion for critical care, we provide the mentorship you need.

●       Drive: You thrive in high-acuity settings and value patient-centered safety.

●       Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred (we will provide training if needed).
