Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate in West Palm Beach, FL. This role offers flexibility in location and involves substantive, high-quality deal work. The ideal candidate will have significant exposure to sophisticated deal structures and direct client contact, with the opportunity to shape transactions. Duties Engage in mid-market M&A and venture capital transactions. Draft stock and asset purchase agreements. Interact directly with clients and handle routine matters independently. Manage major acquisitions and divestiture activities. Requirements 4 to 6 years of corporate and transactional experience. Working knowledge of corporate and partnership taxation concepts. Licensed to practice in FL, GA, NC, SC, DC, DE, PA, NJ, NY, or MA. Education Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Certifications Must be licensed to practice law in one of the specified states. Skills Strong writing skills and academic record. Familiarity with NVCA documents. Experience Experience in large law firms preferred.
