Your responsibilities include utilizing our exclusive platform alongside your network to source potential healthcare candidates, proactively contacting candidates to introduce MLR's opportunities and assess their interest, scheduling meetings between candidates and our recruiters for thorough screening, keeping in touch with leads to sustain their interest and assist throughout the hiring process, maintaining precise and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system, and earning commission based on meetings you set, interviews that occur, and hires resulting from your leads.

What you'll need for success includes excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive and self-driven approach, a passion for outreach, forging connections, and helping others advance in their careers, and no previous recruiting experience required if you possess organizational and resourceful skills, we will train you on the rest.

Our compensation structure is commission-based with a focus on performance. There's no limit to your earning potential and no ceilings on your success journey. You can expect to earn based on genuine value creation: commission for every qualified meeting you arrange, additional earnings from interviews resulting from your outreach, multiples on net-new business commissions, bonus commissions when placements happen through your leads, and extra chances to earn based on performance metrics.
