Manager, Enterprise Voice Communications

Manager, Enterprise Voice Communications Manager, Enterprise Voice Communications Hybrid onsite We are seeking an experienced Manager, Enterprise Voice Communications to lead our enterprise voice engineering organization. This leadership role manages a team of voice engineers (4 direct reports) while driving the strategy, architecture, and operational excellence of our enterprise communications environment. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of voice engineers, providing technical leadership and career development. Define the strategy and roadmap for enterprise voice and unified communications platforms. Manage modern PBX technologies, including Ribbon, along with enterprise voice carrier relationships. Oversee vendor partnerships, contract negotiations, and service delivery. Ensure secure, reliable, and highly available voice infrastructure, including communications security and resiliency. Lead major telephony initiatives, platform upgrades, and modernization projects while aligning technology with business objectives. Qualifications: Experience in enterprise voice, telecommunications, or unified communications. Proven experience managing engineering teams and leading technical professionals. Strong background with modern PBX platforms (Ribbon preferred) and enterprise voice carriers. Experience with vendor management, contract negotiations, and strategic planning. Knowledge of communications security and high-availability voice environments. Cloud telephony experience is a plus.
