Treasury Operations AnalystEmeryville, CA (Hybrid)We're looking for a motivated Treasury Operations Analyst to join our Treasury team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for a recent graduate or early-career finance professional, offering hands-on exposure to cash management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity operations. You'll work closely with our Treasury Manager and finance staff, building a strong foundation in corporate treasury while contributing to the day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly. This role is hybrid, with in-office days each week and the flexibility to work remotely the rest of the time.This position follows the Company's hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Emeryville, CAWhat You'll DoAssist with monitoring daily cash positions and bank balances across accounts and entities, including researching payment-related reconciling itemsProcess wire transfers and intercompany transactionsWork with Accounts Payable team for vendor payments tracking and funding requirementsWork with Payroll team for global payroll tracking and funding requirementsSupport investment activity and FX transactionsAssist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly treasury reportingHelp ensure compliance with internal controls, banking requirements, and audit requestsMaintain Company credit card programs (executive, corporate, employee travel)Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and external banking partners on ad-hoc requestsIdentify opportunities to streamline and automate manual treasury processesEmbrace and leverage AI tools to drive process and reporting efficiencies / optimization.We're Looking For Someone WithBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field1-2 years of experience in treasury, accounting, or finance (internships count)Strong Excel skills; comfortable working with large data sets and reconciliationsAbility to manage deadlines and handle sensitive financial information with discretionHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, eager-to-learn attitude and comfortable asking questionsFamiliarity with NetSuite (preferred but not required)Familiarity with AI tools (preferred but not required)Tanium is the Autonomous IT company. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire.
