Number of Staff – 55
Type of staff:
Day Shift – 1 Charge RN, 1 Trauma RN and 1 Trauma Tech. Can Vary
Night Shift – 1 RN, 1 Tech, 2 RN on-call and 2 Tech s on-call
Patient Ratios – 1:1, 1:2, estimated never guaranteed
Type of equipment – DaVinci Robotics
EMR – Meditech / CPN
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
Minimum 1-year current acute care OR RN experience
BLS & ACLS
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
Traveled to large Trauma OR Facilities
Robotics experience is highly preferred and candidates with this experience will be given priority
Prior Meditech experience

Trauma and Neuro

30-minute response time required for on-call
On-call is from 5P – 11P, Monday thru Friday. No overnight required.
