Part-Time Experienced Cleaner – 1099 Independent Contractor

White Mitten Cleaning Services LLC is looking for a  reliable, experienced cleaner to provide cleaning services at  medical and client-facing professional facilities .

This is a 1099 INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position. This is NOT a W-2 employee position.

We are looking for a  seasoned cleaner who understands professional cleaning standards, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable completing assigned cleaning services  independently as well as alongside a team when needed .

Schedule

• 4 days per week total
• 3 evening shifts scheduled Monday–Friday
• 1 weekend shift, alternating between Saturday and Sunday each week
• Weekend shift is  early morning to early afternoon
• Part-time schedule

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• Clean and disinfect restrooms
• Empty trash and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down desks, counters, workstations, windowsills, and other surfaces
• Clean and sanitize designated areas throughout each facility
• Maintain clean and presentable customer/client-facing areas
• Properly use and store cleaning products and equipment
• Report maintenance or safety concerns
• Follow all required cleaning and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Must understand and agree that this is a 1099 Independent Contractor position, not W-2 employment
• Previous professional cleaning/janitorial experience strongly preferred
• Must be dependable and able to consistently fulfill the agreed-upon service schedule
• Must be comfortable working  independently and alongside a team
• Must be able to manage time and complete assigned cleaning services without constant supervision
• Must know how to use a smartphone and have access to a working smartphone for required time/service tracking
• Must have an active and accessible email account that is checked regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
