Work Location: McKinney, Texas Work Hours: (Full‑Time, 32 Hours) Monday—Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm. This position rotates Thursday or Friday off each week. Opportunity to work occasional 5 days/week to cover team members. PTO required occasional Saturday coverage. The Mammography Technologist operates X‑ray equipment and performs a variety of mammography‑related diagnostic procedures. The individual must maintain a high degree of accuracy in positioning and exposure technique. Department/Center Highlights Excellent customer survey results Patient‑focused team Cohesive and friendly environment Supportive and encouraging atmosphere Here Is What You Will Need Texas Medical Board License – TMB Current ARRT in Mammography certification or eligibility to take the advanced level exam with documentation of clinical experience Completion of a two‑year approved School of Radiologic Technology Continuing Education: MQSA/FDA – 15 CEU every 3 years, 200 documented case numbers every 2 years Experience with diagnostic procedures such as ultrasound core and stereotactic biopsies is preferred A Day In The Life Of a Mammography Technologist Provide services and support for the following areas: Understand, promote and demonstrate the Solis Way Consistently practice excellent mammography positioning and exposure technique Communicate procedures to patients and educate women about the role of regular mammography in preventative breast health Communicate on an individual and small‑group basis to doctors, patients and other employees Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and sometimes complicated, written or oral instructions Maintain patient‑first focus at all times and exhibit outstanding customer service skills Perform other work‑related duties as assigned Why Solis Mammography?
