After one year of employment, employees qualify for the firm’s 401k program. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Office culture: We foster a supportive and professional work environment. Qualifications: Certified Paralegal in the State of California 3+ years of experience in a Family Law firm Thorough understanding of Judicial Council forms and supporting documents Knowledge of local practices, court forms, rules, and filing procedures Strong organizational skills with the ability to prepare and manage pleadings, legal documents, and case notes Experience maintaining attorney calendars and schedules Ability to prepare attorney for hearings and trials Outstanding customer service skills when interacting with clients and business affiliates Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Strong typing skills Ability to work independently and accurately while contributing to a collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Law Office
