Lead M&A Counsel — Fintech & Global Expansion
Next Matter
Rain seeks an accomplished Corporate Attorney to own M&A, investments, and related transactions from LOI to closing, coordinating due diligence, structuring deals, and negotiating definitive agreements.
You will advise on international expansion, manage cross-border risks, handle corporate governance and intercompany agreements, and support regulatory filings, partnering with Finance, Compliance, and Product to align strategy with Rain's growth.
