Step-It-Up ABA is now hiring an experienced and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you are compassionate and enjoy working with children and adolescents, come join us! When you join our team, you will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of your clients and their families. You will work with children that have autism or other developmental challenges by providing ABA therapy and implementing their treatment plan under the direction and guidance of an experienced BCBA. Your dedicated BCBA is there for you, providing guidance along every step of the way. Data from each session will be collected and entered electronically daily. You will be trained and supported by a team who is invested in your personal and professional growth. Responsibilities: Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA Collect and record data daily Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Comunicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner Skills: Passion Confidence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration Dependability Patience This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while working in a supportive team environment.
