What you need to know

• Hourly Pay Rage $24.07
• Monday – Thursday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 40 hours per week
• Full Time, Temporary Assignment, 12-months
• Located in Mesa
• Benefits Available – Medical, Dental, Vision, Term Life, Short-Term Disability

What you’ll be doing
This position Support the City’s IT operations by relocating workstation equipment, retrieving equipment, imaging new computers, wiping cycled computers, and setting up and configuring new or replacement computers. Organize and maintain the PC Lab and assist with keeping IT equipment organized and ready for deployment.

You will be responsible for…

• Relocate and retrieve computers, peripherals, and workstation equipment.
• Image new computers and wipe cycled computers.
• Set up and configure new or replacement computers.
• Organize and maintain the PC Lab.
• Track and maintain IT equipment and inventory.
• Assist with basic hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Document equipment and service activities.
• Assist with workstation moves and equipment setup.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1 years of customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively as part of a team.
• Computer Science/IT coursework preferred.
• Must pass required Police Department, Arizona DPS, and FBI background checks.
• Valid Arizona Class D Driver License required by hire date.
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
