We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time opportunity at Advanced Rehab at Autumn Lake. Join a collaborative rehabilitation setting where you'll help residents strengthen everyday skills and work toward greater safety, function, and independence.
What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy plans of care
• Provide skilled interventions focused on ADLs, strength, coordination, balance, and functional performance
• Establish meaningful treatment goals and monitor progress
• Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to support daily activities
• Adjust treatment approaches based on resident needs and clinical progress
• Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that promote independence and safety
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Work closely with COTAs, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
