Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurse to provide direct care to patients in their homes, primarily in NYC . In this role, you will deliver hands‑on nursing care, monitor health conditions, and offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. Your expertise and compassion will play a critical role in helping patients thrive in the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver professional nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures as prescribed. Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate updates with the care team. Collaborate with family members and caregivers to provide education and support. Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for patients. Comply with all state regulations and organizational policies regarding home health care. Qualifications: Current and valid New York State RN license. CPR certification (required). Prior experience in home care or a similar setting (preferred). Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols. Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
