ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant (Developer) - HR Service Delivery (HRSD) focused on development and configuration across HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to build employee workflows, case management solutions, automation, and integrations on the Now platform.Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop HRSD workflows (case management, onboarding, lifecycle events)
• Build service catalog items, forms, workflows, and employee service portals
• Develop automation using Flow Designer, scripting, and platform tools
• Create and maintain integrations with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Support HR data, knowledge management, and employee experience features
• Implement AI-enabled capabilities (Now Assist, Virtual Agent where applicable)
• Troubleshoot, test, and support deployments and enhancements
• Collaborate with architects and BPCs to deliver scalable solutions

Skills

Certifications:

• ServiceNow CSA
• ServiceNow CAD (preferred)
• CIS-HRSD (nice to have)
• 5-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with HRSD or case management workflows
• Experience building integrations and APIs

Strong skills in:

• JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Workflow/Flow Designer
• Platform configuration

Preferred:

• Experience integrating with HRIS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
• Familiarity with HR operations and employee service delivery
• Exposure to automation and AI-enabled workflows

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.


We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
