As the Shift Supervisor, you will oversee teams of 3-5 people to create a fun environment for our customers, ensure our customers are helped in a timely fashion, and ensure our store is properly stocked and merchandised. This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet all day, every day, constantly interacting and engaging with team members and customers. Responsibilities

As the Shift Supervisor, you will oversee teams of 3-5 people to create a fun environment for our customers, ensure our customers are helped in a timely fashion, and ensure our store is properly stocked and merchandised. This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet all day, every day, constantly interacting and engaging with team members and customers. Responsibilities
- Oversee teams of 3-5 people per shift, including directing the team to assist customers and ensure the store is properly merchandised
- Foster a positive, productive environment with your team and customers
- Open/Close the store, including managing safe and register funds and overseeing open/closing procedures
- Perform sales transactions with our customers, focusing on the customer-experience and leaving a good impression
- Foster a team culture that embraces our 6 Core Values
- Embrace change, take risks, and try new ideas to help our store grow and evolve
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to stand for long periods of time and safely lift 50lbs without assistance
