Global Compensation Strategy Lead
Brinks
Brinks seeks a Manager, Global Compensation Consulting to partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and leaders on compensation strategy, design, and governance aligned with our philosophy.
You will lead market pricing, job evaluations, and support offers, internal moves, and pay transparency across global teams. This role requires 6–10 years of experience and CCP designation is preferred.
