Position Details Division: Obstetrics and Gynecology Work Arrangement: Hybrid Location: Houston, TX Salary Range: $57,320 - $67,435 FLSA Status: Nonexempt Work Schedule: Flexible Summary The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Program Management to co‑manage our Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accredited residency program and manage multiple Texas Medical Board (TMB) accredited fellowship training programs. The candidate will assist Program Directors in recruiting, didactic scheduling, evaluations and manage onboarding, orientation, curriculum development, departmental communication and event planning. The candidate will work closely with a team of Program Directors and coordinators to support our education mission. Job Duties Assist Program Directors with accreditation requirements for all managed programs. Co‑manage the residency program and manage multiple TMB‑accredited fellowship programs. Coordinate resident and fellowship recruitment activities. Administer trainee onboarding and orientation, and manage the trainee credentialing process. Administer rotation schedules in the MedHub system. Schedule and communicate didactic lectures to trainees. Schedule and communicate trainee parking assignments. Administer and collate evaluations for residency and TMB fellowship programs. Track trainee case logs. Proctor trainee examinations. Process verifications for resident and fellow education. Provide logistical support for semi‑annual Clinical Competency Committee meetings and individual semi‑annual meetings with Program Directors. Assist residents and fellows with travel and expense reimbursements. Process PLAs for TMB fellowship programs. Assist Program Directors with site reviews. Track documentation of training and educational activities. Facilitate planning for trainee special events, including graduation and research symposiums. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Four years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. Higher education experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Work Authorization Requirement This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
