Join our team and start your journey today!As a highly valued member of the **Forney, TX** Team, this role will support the Warehouse Manager in the day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Foster a team atmosphere, provide vision, and demonstrate support of the company’s core processes. **AS A WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR, YOU WILL:*** Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are consistently met* Lead, motivate, and develop shipping and receiving associates through coaching, training, and performance management* Manage order selection, replenishment, and loading activities across all product lines* Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring full compliance with safety policies and procedures* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce turnaround time and streamline workflows* Monitor and control labor and supply costs to meet budget targets* Ensure proper and safe use of all warehouse equipment, including powered industrial trucks* Review documentation for accuracy and oversee inbound/outbound logistics processes* Analyze WMS data to assess productivity and guide team performance against KPIs* Lead monthly reporting and execution of key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery metrics, inventory accuracy, safety, and people* Support special projects and initiatives assigned by the Operations Manager **REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:*** Two plus (2+) years of experience in a supervisor or leadership role within a distribution or manufacturing environment* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong general computer skills* Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping/receiving, and inventory control* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop benchmarks and KPIs* Proven leadership skills with a willingness to lead by example and train others* Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. — sponsorship is not available for this role **PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:*** Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience* Bilingual Spanish* Knowledge of Manhattan WMS* Knowledge of ISO QMS **Our Commitment to Our People**Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
