Our organization is actively looking to hire full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to manage cases at a hospital located in Troy, New York. We invite you to become a part of our dedicated team of CRNAs!

Position Overview:

• Work Schedule: Options for 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• On-Call Requirements: 26 weekday shifts annually, 2 weekends per year, and 1 out of 6 holidays each year
• Surgical Specialties: General Surgery, Obstetrics, Bariatric, Vascular, Urology, Orthopedics, and Thoracic procedures
• Electronic Medical Records: Utilization of Epic system

Compensation Package:

We provide a competitive salary and benefits package that includes:

• Base Salary: $272,280, in addition to shift differentials
• The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers generally receive a Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance along with other benefits from their medical group employer. Please be aware that this salary range is compliant with state regulations and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): 1840 hours
• Shift Types: 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
• CME Time: 6 weeks (240 hours) allocated for CME activities

Sign-On Bonus:

A total bonus of $100,000 for full-time positions, distributed as follows:

• Initial bonus - $25,000
• After 6 months - $50,000
• Year 2 - $25,000
• Year 3: Quality bonus of $10,000

Continuing Medical Education (CME):

• CME allowance of $2,500 as per organizational policy
• Loan Repayment: Our institution is recognized as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
