Duties Includes but not limited:

• Complete data quality and reconciliation reporting requirements.
• Capture or retrieval of data, the tracing of metrics and trends of activities surrounding the input, processing and output of data from the various computer program or systems.
• Works independently, and with other Department Head members to develop reports for data capture and data quality improvement activities relating to a wide range of source data collection and information systems
• Maintain query tools to link common database fields in various information systems with clinical and workload generating activities.
• Serves as the department timekeeper, prepare department work orders, ordering department supplies, and training file administrator.
• Recognize data discrepancies in the various reports and bring them to the attention of the Division head and/or the analyst that requested the reports.
• The work consists of various duties, projects, or assignments involving different and unrelated management or program analysis technical processes and procedures.
• Obtain knowledge of current operating programs and guidance on requirements. It will also be necessary for the incumbent to obtain complex, technical, and comparative information from other components of the FHCC.
• Management of administrative or information systems throughout a wide range of offices or organizations with different administrative or information management needs.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 07:00am- 3:30pm
