As a Tower Ambassador, you'll ensure seamless food order deliveries arrive properly for our eaters—receiving and arranging them in their offices. About The Role Organize, receive, and transport food orders with accurate scanning and smart handoffs. Tower Ambassadors will receive orders from drivers, deliver to specified locations within the building, and act as the primary customer contact for eaters. Create a community bridge between Picnic and eaters. What You\'ll Do Receive orders from couriers, curbside Deliver to a specified location within the building, and act as the primary customer contact for eaters Be the reliable face of our business Primary point of contact with office managers Organize orders on the shelves or designated location Qualifications Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate stairs iPhone or Android smartphone required Effective communication skills in person and electronically Proficiency in English Positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in food service or as a delivery app driver is a plus Apply Now Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $20 per hour Location: Downtown DC Experience: None required Shift Availability: We operate 5 days during the traditional work week, primarily during lunch hours Work Location: In person Benefits: Growth opportunity Benefits are subject to change at the company\'s discretion.
