Raines has maintained a family-oriented culture that believes in building relationships with our associates, with our partners and within the communities where we operate.We offer comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, 401K, a generous PTO program, and the opportunity to join a winning culture recognized for rewarding our best with opportunities to advance their career within the company.Essential Job FunctionsGreet guests, explains menu items/specials using concise and descriptive languageListens and responds to guest’s needsSuggestively sells menu items to include appetizers, drinks, entrees and dessertsPromptly and accurately relays guest orders to kitchen staffPicks up and delivers orders to appropriate guests within prescribed time limits, ensuring accuracy of the orderReturns to the table throughout the guest’s visit to ask if they are satisfied, check for refills, clear items as needed from the table and deliver guest check when appropriateAssist bartenders or other servers as neededPerforms side duties such as cleaning, rolling silverware, setting tables, sweeping, etcMaintains restaurants/station in a clean and presentable manner at all timesComplies with all health and safety regulationsExperience and Education:Two years’ experience as server in hotels, restaurants, or related fieldsPrior experience as server, busser, runner, host(ess) preferredFront of House proficiencyProficient in POS Systems, Aloha, Micros, etc or similar computer applicationsCertifications as required by Federal, State, or Local agencies ServSafe, TIPS Certification preferred or ability to obtainMinimum High school diploma, GED or equivalentRaines is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer.
