Our client is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and diagnostic testing. The role involves direct interaction with patients, supporting physicians during wellness physicals, and managing various clinical exams and laboratory operations. This position promises a manageable patient load and prioritizes work-life balance with flexible scheduling opportunities.

• Perform routine and specialized clinical exams, including Spirometry, ECGs, ABI testing, audiometry, and grip strength testing.
• Conduct phlebotomy and manage specimen collection and lab documentation for multiple patients daily.
• Conduct clinical telephone triage and manage prescription prior authorizations and referrals.
• Document all patient interactions within the e-ClinicalWorks (eCW) EMR system.
• Cross-train with team members to maintain clinic workflow and patient confidentiality.

• Active Kansas LPN license (or active Compact State license) in good standing.
• Strong hands-on phlebotomy and laboratory handling skills.
• Experience with ECGs, spirometry, or ABI testing is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in e-ClinicalWorks (eCW) is a strong plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with strong initiative and critical thinking capabilities.

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
