Refugee Health Navigator & Care Coordinator

World Relief is seeking a Health Coordinator to assist refugees and immigrants with Initial Health Screenings, primary care provider setup, and follow-up care. The role includes health education and orientation to the U.S. healthcare system for newly arrived clients, plus collaboration with transportation and case management teams.
