Network Engineer L1

Job Description Day to Day Support routers, switches, telecom servers/appliances, and other telecommunications equipment Assist with the design, installation, upgrades, changes, and maintenance of network infrastructure Troubleshoot and resolve basic network and telecommunications issues Administer telecommunications equipment and applications following established procedures Maintain documentation including network diagrams, procedures, inventories, root cause analyses, and reports Assist with vendor coordination, comparisons, and cost studies for large-scale systems projects Provide support for audits and compliance‑related requests Track and evaluate new networking technologies and products Make recommendations for hardware, software, and service purchases Collaborate with IT teams, managers, vendors, and consultants Support additional work orders as needed Participate in after‑hours or on‑call rotations as required We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
