Licensed Practical Nurse
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our home health & hospice team in a part-time capacity! This role includes periodic on-call responsibilities, with coverage rotated among team members to support patient needs after hours and on weekends.

What you will need:
- Active LPN license in good standing with the state of Wyoming
