How you'll make an impact in this role
  • Optimize medication dispensing systems to ensure every patient receives the right treatment at the exact moment it is needed.
  • Master the preparation of sterile and non-sterile compounds, adhering to the highest safety standards to protect patient health.
  • Manage the pharmacy inventory life-cycle, from receiving supplies to repackaging medications, ensuring the team is always equipped for success.
  • Serve as a vital liaison between healthcare providers and patients, triaging complex inquiries to streamline the delivery of care.
What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

One or more of the following required:

  • Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Indiana Board Of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • In Training Pharmacy Tech obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Pharmacy Intern obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
One or more of the following preferred:
  • Licensed Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).
  • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the National Healthcareer Association.
Education:
  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience,

      if applicable.
