OIP offers a great work environment, professional development, challenging careers, and competitive compensation.POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for developing and administering physical therapy treatment programs designed to improve function, reduce pain, prevent disabilities, and promote the overall health and well-being of our patients.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provides skilled physical therapy treatment plans in accordance with the physician's orders.Establishes a physical therapy diagnosis, treatment plan and creates goals for the patient according to their evaluation.Maintains a positive level of interaction with facilities and clients.
