- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Help residents with transfers, repositioning, mobility, and ambulation.
- Take and record vital signs as directed.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights.
- Observe residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff.
- Provide care according to resident care plans and facility procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
- Follow infection prevention and safety protocols.
- Protect resident privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members.
- Active and valid California CNA certification.
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Assistant Training Program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification, if required.
- Ability to safely assist residents with daily care and mobility.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF), long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
