Position Summary

Seeking an On-Site Program Manager to oversee waste disposal and environmental operations. This role is responsible for managing waste handling, recycling, compliance, vendor coordination, and cost-control initiatives while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant waste management practices. The ideal candidate will have waste industry experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Essential Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate waste container services.
• Perform RCRA inspections and maintain required compliance documentation.
• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and waste reduction programs.
• Coordinate waste shipments and oversee the 90-day accumulation area.
• Partner with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to improve waste management operations.
• Track operational records and prepare monthly activity reports.
• Manage site budget, invoicing, and overall program performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience Qualifications

• Required: Minimum of 1 year of experience in the waste management industry.
• Preferred: 5 or more years of experience in waste management, environmental services, recycling operations, or related industries.
• Required: Demonstrated experience balancing and delivering multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
