Leaves of Absence Specialist - People & Culture

BDO USA in Houston is seeking a People & Culture Administrator for Leaves of Absence to manage LOA programs, ensure FMLA compliance, and align with internal policies while delivering excellent service. The role requires 3+ years HR experience in leaves/benefits, familiarity with HIPAA/ERISA, and a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Admin/HR/Finance.
