RESPONSIBILITIES

As an insurance agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Presenting and selling insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Developing tailored coverage plans based on individual client needs
• Building your own book of business through networking, referrals, and client relationships
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients
• Following all applicable insurance laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development
• Tracking your performance and continuously working to improve your results
• Managing your schedule and business independently in a remote environment

✅ QUALIFICATIONS

No previous insurance experience is required — training is provided.

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized and capable of managing their own schedule
