Master Social Worker
Provides individual, group, and family therapy to individuals diagnosed with mental illness and substance use disorders. Prepares comprehensive Biopsychosocial assessment, treatment plans and periodic reviews. Completes brief assessment, crisis intervention and pre-screens as needed.
Education: Master's Degree in Social Work.
Experience/Knowledge: Two or more year's experience providing treatment to individuals with a mental illness. Experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders preferred. Excellent computer and interpersonal skills, punctuality, ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously, and work independently.
Licensure/Certifications: Licensed by the Michigan Department of Commerce or Professional Regulation as a Licensed Master's Social Worker with a clinical designation.
