- Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- 40 Hours per Week
- 5 Days per Week
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Room patients and prepare them for examinations
- Obtain and document vital signs
- Perform phlebotomy and venipuncture procedures
- Administer vaccines as directed
- Conduct EKGs and point-of-care (POC) testing
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain accurate patient records using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Provide clinical and administrative support as needed
- Collaborate effectively with providers and healthcare staff
- Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience beyond externship
- 2-3 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred
- Experience with phlebotomy/venipuncture
- Experience using EMR systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and patient care skills
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Occupational Health experience
- Front-office and back-office operations
- Phlebotomy and venipuncture
- EKG procedures
- Point-of-care (POC) testing
- Patient scheduling
- Rooming patients
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Current BLS or CPR certification
