Youth Instructor

DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about gymnastics, dance, youth sports, or ninja skills and love working with kids? Do you want to help young athletes unlock their full potential while being part of a fun, supportive, and high-energy team? We're on the lookout for enthusiastic Youth Instructors to join us at Gymnastics World of Georgia and inspire the next generation of gymnasts, dancers, and ninja warriors! Whether you're into coaching recreational athletes or helping competitive teams crush their goals, we have a place for you.

What You'll Do:

- Create awesome training programs tailored to athletes' goals and skill levels.

- Lead practices focused on technique, strength, flexibility, and perfecting routines.

- Foster a positive, confidence-building atmosphere where athletes feel unstoppable.

- Keep open communication with gymnasts, parents, and staff about progress and goals.

- Ensure safety comes first in every session and event.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience working with kids and teens.

- Ability to coach athletes of all skill levels and ages.

- Strong communication skills and a knack for connecting with people.

- Positive vibes, patience, and a passion for helping young athletes succeed.
