Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana. Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions. Education, Experience, and Licenses & Certifications Education : Relevant nursing degree and licensure as applicable. Experience : Experience in geriatric or long-term care settings preferred. Licenses & Certifications : Indiana RN license in good standing; other certifications as required by role.
