MBA Marketing Summer Associate

Responsibilities
- Execute 10-week marketing project with defined commercial objectives
- Develop brand strategies, promotional materials, and tactical marketing assets
- Participate in product launch planning and market positioning activities
- Present final project findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and enrollment in full-time MBA program
- First-year MBA student graduating Spring 2028
- Minimum three years of full-time work experience
- Demonstrated interest in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry
- Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities
- Collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership and emotional intelligence
Compensation: $88,500-$147,500 annual base
