Responsibilities

Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, marketing initiatives, and community involvement

Identify client needs and recommend customized insurance solutions across Property & Casualty and Life products

Drive new business production while cultivating long-term client relationships

Use proven sales processes, tools, and follow-up strategies to close business and support retention

Leadership & Career Growth

Contribute to the growth of a high-performing sales team and office culture

Participate in recruiting, coaching, and team development efforts as opportunities expand

Requirements

Georgia Property & Casualty or willingness to obtain them; licensing assistance available

Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them; licensing assistance available

Goal-oriented mindset and passion for sales

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Confidence working independently while contributing to a high-performing team

Strong follow-through, time management, and personal accountability

Networking, marketing, or client development experience preferred
