Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience Pro: Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins/check-outs efficiently, manage reservations and VIP requests, and make every guest feel like a star. Operations Maestro: Track logs, manage messages and packages, and ensure all operational details are handled with professionalism. Revenue & Rate Strategist: Support room revenue through awareness of rates, packages, and promotions, balancing profitability with guest satisfaction. Team Leader & Problem Solver: Lead, train, and motivate your team; address guest concerns and workplace challenges with confidence and creativity while maintaining safety and standards. Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus. 2–3 years of progressive hotel or hospitality experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Compliance with certifications may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.
