Optum is hiring a Behavioral Health Advocate to improve enrollees’ ability to stay stable in the community and access appropriate services in Manhattan. This field-based role involves 80% in-person meetings with members at hospitals and facilities and 20% telephonic work from home, with a Monday–Friday schedule and residency requirement in Manhattan.
