This Head of Healthcare Product and Solution delivery executive leader will have direct ownership of strategy, roadmap input, sales support, and client delivery coordination, while operating through a matrixed relationship with Product Management and Healthcare Sales across the Payments – Merchant and Institutional (PMI) organization. This leader is also responsible for ensuring product capabilities align with client needs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and U.S. Bank growth objectives.Primary ResponsibilitiesHealthcare Product Strategy & VisionDefine and own the Healthcare payments strategy and multi-year product roadmap. This will include collaboration across the PMI product and sales organization as well as connectivity to CBB healthcare strategy and roadmap.Align product roadmaps and delivery priorities across teams.Identify opportunities to leverage common platforms and capabilities.Influence product innovation through direct industry engagement.
