Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify psychiatric concerns as well as related medical conditions affecting patients’ overall wellbeing. \n
- Design and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate both mental health and medical perspectives, aiming to enhance recovery and resilience. \n
- Facilitate engaging and supportive individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient’s unique needs. \n
- Collaborate closely with medical providers to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes, ensuring that all aspects of a patient’s health are addressed. \n
- Provide timely crisis intervention to manage acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance to patients in distress. \n
- Educate patients on the relationship between mental health and physical well-being, empowering them with tools to actively manage their conditions. \n
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems effectively. \n
- Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences to contribute to holistic care strategies and treatment planning. \n
- Stay informed of the latest research, best practices, and innovations in mental health treatment and integrated care. \n
Our patient population consists of individuals facing a range of mental health issues, often compounded by chronic physical health conditions. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in their health journey, providing compassionate support and evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within the state of Washington. \n
- Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions. \n
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams. \n
- A strong understanding of professional boundaries, ethical guidelines, and commitment to patient confidentiality. \n

- Experience with electronic health record systems and standard computer applications in a clinical setting. \n
- A track record of working in a team-oriented environment, particularly within an integrated care framework. \n
