Talent Sourcing Specialist

To support the Talent Acquisition function, the temporary full-time Talent Sourcing Specialist will conduct proactive candidate searches, build talent pipelines, and partner with Recruiters to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various business functions Engage passive and active candidates while building and maintaining candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs Conduct talent mapping and labor market research to inform sourcing strategies and support recruitment initiatives Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience, including at least 2 years of direct sourcing experience Prior sourcing and recruiting experience within a search firm or in-house talent acquisition environment Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines and identifying qualified candidates across multiple functions Experience utilizing sourcing tools and methodologies to engage both passive and active talent
