Participate in staff meetings and continuous education programs. Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients and staff. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate\'s degree considered. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
